    looks very nice wing...

have you tested it yet on the slopes ?

What wing is it based on or is it designed from scratch - if so what software did you use - Foilmaker or Surfplan ?

    Hi folks!
Last week-end my brother did the first flying test in the strong north wind (40km/h) on slope.
Everythings went ok except a small modification on the briddle Eye-wink

the wing is inspired of the Nano of course and on my experience in kite building.
the profil is mine (modifiation of paraglider profil)...
I designed it using surfplan and Autocad for briddle and skin modification.

I'm statring mine in 15days (when I'll have my appartment in Grenoble) If you would like to see how it is done...
And my brother is starting another one at home, near Montbelliard (France) Eye-wink

If you want more info (but no plan) feel free to ask : fertito[at]fertito[dot]net Eye-wink

    How's the wing

    Submitted by kitesurfa on July 7, 2006 - 1:07pm.

    How's the wing building...
any new photos or video of the testing ?

Do have a few questions - What is the average line length you are using for wing to harness attachments ?
and what is the bridle line breaking strain - 250Kg or more ?
What Material are you using for manufacturing the wing ?

    Hi,
not yet, I must calm myself now, because of trying period in my job, after a few month I could try it at Annecy Eye-wink
I'm trying to have somthing really stable, so the line lenght is 4m if I remember...
the bottom lines are made from kevlar 200kg, but I will change them to 300kg later, the top are kevlar 70kg and will be 200kg.
this is just for trying now.
the materials used is common NCV skytex 9017.
Renforcements are sewed on the profil before sewing the wing.
    here is one video:
