Hey there everyone. I am 6'3" and about 250lbs. I'm wondering what what size wing I should get. I'm planning on using it with ski's and my mountaineering pack. If you could let me know what I should be looking for that would be great, thanks.

In order for people to make better recommendations you may want to indicate, your aviation background and where you ski (so that terrain can be established). Are you attending a SFing school?

at 250lb I think you would be looking at the larger sized gliders like the Ozone XT16 or SkyCountry DeSCent 15m - nothing smaller than 14m as a first glider.

I'm a fixed wing pilot, no experience skydiving or paragliding. I'm going to be ski mountaineering in the Uintas in Utah and around this part of the country. I will be AT skiing to summits and then I'd like to use the glider to have fun skiing down and fly out over some cliffs.

I have to agree with kitesurfa on this one, definitely something larger to start around a 15-16m, but I can't comment on performance. I believe Clawsen is still in Utah you might want to contact him as I believe he has a school running in that area. If you search this forum he is running the Columbia speed flying event, if you want to contact him. Good luck and welcome to the sport speedflying!
